Product Direction

Roadmap

A view into the product capabilities Listaily is building next around commerce content infrastructure and the designer-friendly template marketplace.

Current roadmap as of April 5, 2026

This is a working roadmap, not a launch guarantee. Items may shift based on implementation risk, platform constraints, and product learning.

Phase 1 Content Infrastructure

The immediate focus is turning Listaily into a platform-expert commerce content system rather than a generic multi-platform generator.

Now in motion
  • Keep improving platform-native output quality for Amazon, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Rednote, AliExpress, and Shopify.
  • Make prompts more product-aware so outputs reflect selling points, scenarios, audience, and price positioning instead of generic AI phrasing.
  • Strengthen the core workflow across product input, generation, editing, export, and reuse.
  • Continue refining bilingual UX, plan-aware gating, analytics, and stable generation infrastructure.

Phase 1.5 Prompt System

Listaily's moat comes from prompt quality, so the next layer is making platform prompts and user-owned prompts a first-class product system.

Current priority
  • Expand platform prompt strategy per channel so structure, tone, CTA logic, and creative expectations are tuned more deeply.
  • Add user-owned prompt controls for brand voice, forbidden phrases, preferred structures, and seller-specific selling language.
  • Preserve prompt learnings as reusable assets instead of forcing sellers to rebuild prompt logic every time.
  • Use feedback and editing behavior to keep improving prompt quality over time.

Phase 2 Template Marketplace

After the content infrastructure is sharper, the next visible layer is a creator-friendly marketplace for reusable commerce templates.

Queued next
  • Add clearer creator identity, pricing, commission logic, and template licensing behavior.
  • Improve template publishing, discovery, reuse, and conversion paths for both sellers and designers.
  • Support stronger template metadata so templates can be organized by platform, objective, format, and creative style.
  • Make template performance and reuse signals visible enough to support a real marketplace loop.

Seller Workflow Expansion

Once the first two layers are stable, Listaily expands seller productivity around scale, collaboration, and operational flow.

Planned
  • Batch processing for catalog sellers with stronger import and export workflows.
  • More advanced short-video scripting, card generation, and reusable asset workflows.
  • Team collaboration, approval flows, and better operational controls for larger seller teams.
  • Broader language and channel support only where platform quality can remain high.
